- Radishes - 300 grams

- Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons, grated (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the radishes thoroughly and trim off the tops and tails, then cut them in half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved radishes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the radishes in the last 5 minutes of roasting, and return to the oven until the cheese is melted and golden.
