- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Spinach - 1 cup, fresh

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it into a round pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings by washing the Osage berries, dicing the bell pepper, and slicing the red onion.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the Osage berries evenly over the surface.
- Top with diced bell pepper, sliced red onion, and fresh spinach.
- If desired, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve.
