  • Hazelnuts, chopped - 30g
  • All-purpose flour - 50g
  • Sugar - 50g
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Vegetable oil - 30ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease two small ramekins or a small cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts. Set aside.
