- Brown sugar - 30 grams
- Paprika - 10 grams
- Garlic powder - 5 grams
- Onion powder - 5 grams
- Black pepper - 5 grams
- Salt - 5 grams
- Cayenne pepper - 2 grams
- Water - 240 ml
- Gluten-free barbecue sauce - 60 ml
- Coleslaw mix - 200 grams

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the pork shoulder in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the meat is well coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the pork from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
- Cook the pork in the preheated oven for about 6 hours or until the meat is fork-tender and easily pulls apart.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then, shred the meat using two forks.
- Mix the pulled pork with the gluten-free barbecue sauce until well combined.
- Serve the pulled pork on gluten-free hamburger buns topped with coleslaw.
