- Small potatoes - 200g
- Canned tuna in olive oil - 150g
- Hard-boiled eggs - 2 large
- Black olives - 50g
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Start by boiling the small potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and let cool, then cut into halves.
- While the potatoes are cooking, trim the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and immediately place them in ice water to stop the cooking process.
