  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon (for dusting)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the egg, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, mixing until smooth and fluffy.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and melted butter to form the crust mixture.
  6. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a small, greased springform pan evenly.
