Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the andouille sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, celery, and green bell pepper to the pot. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
