- egg - 1, beaten

- cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- lime - 1, cut into wedges
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add diced carrot and bell pepper, stirring for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in green peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet, add beaten egg to the other side, and scramble until fully cooked.
