  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 (30 cm)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Mixed mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, and button), sliced - 200 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are softened and browned.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
  5. Place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the pizza crust.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms.
  8. Drizzle truffle oil evenly across the top of the cheese.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
