- Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are softened and browned.
