- Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat) - 100 grams
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
