- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and tender.
