- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Spinach - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
- Basil - 1 tablespoon, fresh, chopped
Steps
- Peel and chop the sweet potato into small cubes, then boil in salted water for 15 minutes until tender.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
