Ingredients

  • Sweet potato - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Spinach - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Basil - 1 tablespoon, fresh, chopped

Steps

  1. Peel and chop the sweet potato into small cubes, then boil in salted water for 15 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
