  • Ciabatta bread - 1 large (about 300g)
  • Sliced salami - 100g
  • Sliced ham - 100g
  • Sliced turkey breast - 100g
  • Provolone cheese - 100g
  • Black olives - 50g (pitted and chopped)
  • Green olives - 50g (pitted and chopped)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove (minced)
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine the black olives, green olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the olive salad. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread in half horizontally and hollow out some of the inner bread to create space for the fillings.
  3. Layer the salami, ham, turkey breast, and provolone cheese evenly on the bottom half of the ciabatta.
  4. Spread the olive salad evenly over the meats and cheese.
  5. Top with the other half of the ciabatta bread and press down gently.
  6. Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to combine further.
  7. Slice the sandwich into wedges and serve immediately.
