Ingredients
- Rolled oats - 1 cup
- Almonds, chopped - 1/4 cup
- Walnuts, chopped - 1/4 cup
- Dried cranberries - 1/4 cup
- Dried apricots, chopped - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- Milk (or almond milk) - 1/2 cup
- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries, dried apricots, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Drizzle honey over the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and toast in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway through until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- In serving bowls, layer Greek yogurt, the toasted muesli, and pour milk over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
