Ingredients

  • Rolled oats - 1 cup
  • Almonds, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Walnuts, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Dried cranberries - 1/4 cup
  • Dried apricots, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup
  • Milk (or almond milk) - 1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries, dried apricots, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Drizzle honey over the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and toast in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway through until lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. In serving bowls, layer Greek yogurt, the toasted muesli, and pour milk over the top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
