- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Gluten-free cream of mushroom soup - 240 ml
- Frozen mixed vegetables - 150 grams
- Tater tots (gluten-free) - 200 grams
- Onion - 1 small, diced
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the gluten-free cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the tater tots, arranging them in a single layer over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
