- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams (for dipping)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (for dipping)
- Salt and pepper - to taste (for dipping)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each portion into a small log around the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- While the kebabs are grilling, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl to create the dipping sauce.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving with the dipping sauce.
