- Carrot - 1 small, grated
- Celery - 1 stalk, finely chopped
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, gluten-free bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped celery, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
