  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Gluten-free bread crumbs - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Carrot - 1 small, grated
  • Celery - 1 stalk, finely chopped
  • Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, gluten-free bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped celery, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze. Spread it evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
