Ingredients
- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Gluten-free slider buns - 2 pieces
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
- Barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Red onion - 1 small, sliced
- Pickles - 4 slices
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper, mixing gently until just combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the buns.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the gluten-free buns in a separate skillet or toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun, adding a tablespoon of barbecue sauce, slices of red onion, and pickles on top.
- Serve immediately while hot.
