Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Gluten-free slider buns - 2 pieces
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Red onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper, mixing gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.
  5. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the gluten-free buns in a separate skillet or toaster until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun, adding a tablespoon of barbecue sauce, slices of red onion, and pickles on top.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
