- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme to create the dry rub.
- Pat the pork ribs dry with paper towels, then rub them with olive oil.
- Generously apply the dry rub all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.
- Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them from the foil.
- Increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F) and return the ribs to the oven for an additional 30 minutes to achieve a crispy exterior.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
