- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 180-200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt to create the dry rub.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it's still attached for better flavor absorption.
- Rub the Dijon mustard evenly over both sides of the ribs to help the spice mix adhere.
- Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat.
- Lightly brush the ribs with olive oil to keep them moist during cooking.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes until the meat is tender and the internal temperature reaches 70°C.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite healthy sides.
