Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Layer the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and spinach on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced black olives over the vegetables.
  8. Season with dried oregano and a drizzle of the remaining olive oil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with fresh basil.
  11. Slice and serve hot.
