- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Black olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
- Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Layer the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and spinach on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced black olives over the vegetables.
- Season with dried oregano and a drizzle of the remaining olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with fresh basil.
