- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper until well combined.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
