  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper until well combined.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
