  • Instant yeast - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  4. Roll out the risen dough into a flat oval or rectangle shape, about 1 cm thick.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the minced garlic over the surface.
  6. Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, and chopped parsley on top of the flatbread.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings and drizzle a little more olive oil if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
