- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Instant yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Black olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the risen dough into a flat oval or rectangle shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the minced garlic over the surface.
- Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, and chopped parsley on top of the flatbread.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings and drizzle a little more olive oil if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
