- Bacon - 4 slices
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried Italian herbs - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup (sugar-free) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
