  • Ground beef (80/20) - 300 grams
  • Bacon - 4 slices
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Italian herbs - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup (sugar-free) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
