Ingredients

  • ground turkey - 250 grams
  • oats - 30 grams
  • egg - 1 large
  • onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • bell pepper - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
