- ground turkey - 250 grams
- oats - 30 grams
- egg - 1 large
- onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- bell pepper - 50 grams, finely chopped
- garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
