- Ground beef (80/20) - 250 grams
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Carrot - 50 grams, grated
- Celery - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Parsley - 10 grams, chopped
- Ketchup - 30 grams
- Worcestershire sauce - 10 grams
- Salt - 5 grams
- Black pepper - 2 grams
- Olive oil - 10 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped celery, parsley, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining ketchup with olive oil and brush it over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
