- Ground turkey - 300 grams
- Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Marinara sauce - 300 grams
- Fresh basil, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
