Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 20 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar-free marinara sauce - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
