- Marinara sauce (sugar-free) - 200 grams
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150 grams
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
