Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 (store-bought or homemade)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Pizza sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Pepperoni - 50 grams, sliced
  • Italian sausage - 100 grams, cooked and crumbled
  • Bacon - 50 grams, cooked and crumbled
  • Ham - 50 grams, diced
  • Onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. If using a store-bought gluten-free crust, follow the package instructions for pre-baking if necessary.
  3. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Layer the cooked and crumbled Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and diced ham on top of the cheese.
  7. Add the sautéed onion and bell pepper on top of the meats.
  8. Sprinkle oregano and black pepper over the entire pizza.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
