- Pizza sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Pepperoni - 50 grams, sliced
- Italian sausage - 100 grams, cooked and crumbled
- Bacon - 50 grams, cooked and crumbled
- Ham - 50 grams, diced
- Onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- If using a store-bought gluten-free crust, follow the package instructions for pre-baking if necessary.
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Layer the cooked and crumbled Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and diced ham on top of the cheese.
- Add the sautéed onion and bell pepper on top of the meats.
- Sprinkle oregano and black pepper over the entire pizza.
