Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Pepperoni slices - 50 grams
  • Cooked Italian sausage, crumbled - 75 grams
  • Cooked bacon, chopped - 50 grams
  • Cooked ham, diced - 50 grams
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 50 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape about 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush the surface with olive oil.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Layer the pepperoni, crumbled Italian sausage, chopped bacon, diced ham, and shredded chicken evenly on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the meats.
  8. Season with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
