- Zucchini - 2 medium

- Eggs - 2 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Avocado - 1 small, diced
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cacao powder, eggs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into pasta shapes (fettuccine or tagliatelle).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Drop the pasta into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the skillet with tomatoes.
- Toss the pasta with the garlic and tomatoes, adding chopped basil and diced avocado before serving.
- Plate the pasta, garnishing with additional basil if desired.
