- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and mix in the chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the matzah meal in another shallow bowl.
- Dip each sole fillet into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with matzah meal, pressing lightly to adhere.
