- Raw walnuts - 100 grams
- Coconut cream - 100 ml
- Pure maple syrup - 60 ml
- Almond butter - 30 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the raw walnuts on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and golden, then let them cool.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the coconut cream, pure maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the toasted walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Line a small baking dish (about 15x15 cm) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out evenly.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.
