- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary to create the marinade.
- Place the pork loin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
