- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped pecans - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and seed the butternut squash, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the squash cubes with olive oil, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned squash evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
