- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
