- Pork ribs - 500 grams
- Maple syrup - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 30 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, gluten-free soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to create the glaze.
- Place the pork ribs in a baking dish, and rub them with olive oil, then coat them with half of the maple glaze mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2 hours, until tender.
- After 2 hours, remove the foil and brush the remaining glaze over the ribs.
- Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and bake the ribs uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes, until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then cut into portions and serve.
