- Maple syrup - 75 ml
- Almond milk - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar - 100 grams
- Water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Spoon the donut batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
