  • Maple syrup - 75 ml
  • Almond milk - 60 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar - 100 grams
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Spoon the donut batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
