- 100g mixed salad greens - 2 cups
- 50g cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- 50g cucumber - 1/2, diced
- 30g red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- 30ml olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- 15ml apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon honey - 5g
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C).
