  • sugar - 50 grams
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon

  • eggs - 1 large
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • almonds, chopped - 50 grams
  • dark chocolate chips - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chopped almonds and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
