  • Lobster meat - 200 grams, cooked and chopped

  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon for grilling

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
