Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails lengthwise down the center to expose the meat, and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper into the melted butter mixture.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the herb butter mixture, reserving some for basting.

- Bake the lobster in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
