- Egg - 1 large, separated
Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk the egg yolk with erythritol and vanilla extract until creamy and light.
- Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg mixture and blend until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
