- Frozen mixed berries - 1/2 cup (75g)
- Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Stevia or erythritol - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Ice cubes - 1/2 cup (120ml)
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the spinach, unsweetened almond milk, frozen mixed berries, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
