Ingredients

  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Spinach - 1 cup (30g)
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 1 cup (240ml)
  • Frozen mixed berries - 1/2 cup (75g)
  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon (15g)
  • Stevia or erythritol - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Ice cubes - 1/2 cup (120ml)

Steps

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the spinach, unsweetened almond milk, frozen mixed berries, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then blend again for a few seconds.
