- Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
- Unsweetened almond milk - 100 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams (for topping)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese sauce and stir to coat evenly.
