  • Ground beef (80% lean) - 250 grams
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon (for cooking)

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, chopped chives, salt, and pepper to create the lemon aioli. Set aside.
  2. Form the ground beef into two burger patties, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
