  • Lobster meat - 250 grams, cooked and chopped

  • Celery - 1 small stalk, finely chopped
  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free hot dog buns - 2 pieces
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon, for toasting

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, gluten-free mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the lobster is evenly coated.
