  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula.
