- Crushed red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked lentils, sautéed spinach, and dried oregano. Mix well.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
